Association Management

A hierarchy of voluntary committees manages Queens Cross Housing Association (QXHA). Overall responsibility lies with our Queens Cross Board which has 12 members and is supported by sub committees including 4 Neighbourhood Committees.

Two thirds of the Board seats are reserved for local tenants and service users (General Members) with the other third reserved for people with specialist skills such as financial and commercial experience. Committees meet every six weeks

To volunteer for the Board or a committee as a General Member you must be:

  • A Member of the Association
  • Aged 18 or over
  • Reside within the Association's area of operation

Elections are held each year at our Annual General Meeting (AGM). We contact all our members in advance of our AGM and invite nominations to the Board.
