Association Overview
Queens Cross Housing Association (QXHA) is a ‘not for profit’ organisation and now a recognised Scottish Charity (no03634). We are run by a voluntary management committee and five voluntary area committees. The nature of our organisation means that our goal is to serve tenants best, not make profit.
The Management Committee has overall control of the Association and its main focus is on performance and strategic matters.
The Area Committees manage and direct local services and decide on investment priorities.
