Association Overview
Queens Cross Housing Association (QXHA) is a ‘not for profit’ organisation and now a recognised Scottish Charity (no03634). We are run by a Board and 4 Neighbourhood Committees. The nature of our organisation means that our goal is to serve tenants best, not make profit.
The Board has overall control of the Association and its main focus is on performance and strategic matters.
The Neighbourhood Committees manage and direct local services and decide on investment priorities.
