Business Development Strategy
The Business Development department has a wide-ranging remit; essentially we develop new initiatives and provide fundraising, consultancy and financial services for Queens Cross Housing Association (QCHA).
In March 2011 we completed the stock transfer of GHA properties from Dundasvale and South Maryhill. Stock transfer for Hamiltonhill took place in March 2010.
Queens Cross Workspace: - We are also linked to Queens Cross Workspace, the Association’s sister company. This is a separate economic development company providing premises for businesses in the local area. The Workspace develops, manages and maintains properties that range from basic storage facilities to office premises accommodating the headquarters of national charities.
Queens Cross Workspace is a separate charitable company.
Queens Cross Factoring: - Queens Cross Factoring Ltd is a property factoring company providing a common repair and general property maintenance service to approximately 1300 owners.
They are a wholly owned subsidiary of Queens Cross Housing Association.
