Contractors
Queens Cross Housing Association (QXHA) works in conjunction with a number of contractors. They may be involved in the day-to-day repairs of our properties, landscaping, and maintenance of closes, major repair projects or new housing builds. Each contractor is selected according to our policy and procedures ensuring the highest standard of service and provision to our tenants. We also like to use local contractors and we encourage and support young people given apprenticeships.
