Queens Cross is committed to the provision of new high-quality homes to help develop sustainable communities by contributing to the social, physical and environmental regeneration of its area of operation.

Together with Glasgow City Council as the strategic housing authority and grant funder, we explore creative and innovative solutions in order to deliver the required housing.

We endeavour to maintain a high level of housing provision to give a choice of size, type and tenure to reflect identified needs.

We will work with existing communities to deliver housing which they require and so ensure their long term sustainability.

We seek to provide a quality of design in our new housing, with an emphasis on highly energy-efficient homes for our residents as we strive to address the issue of fuel poverty.
