Major Repairs
Queens Cross Housing Association (QXHA) has a Major Repair program aimed at keeping our properties in good condition.
Association staff will periodically inspect properties to ensure Major components such as kitchens, windows and roofs (especially on older properties) are in a general state of good repair.
Works are generally grouped together for replacement at the same time and generally all properties remain occupied during the works.
