Queens Cross Housing Association (QXHA) take all complaints seriously.

We have procedures in place to ensure your complaint is dealt with efficiently.

GHA tenants in Dundasvale/Burnbank/Cromwell, Hamiltonhill and South Maryhill should note that the three LHO’s have different complaints procedures, copies of which can be obtained from their local LHO.
