Mutual Exchange
Tenants of Queens Cross Housing Association (QXHA) can exchange their property with another in the area belonging to the associations stock or to another area and landlord. If you have found a property to exchange Contact Us by email or telephone or main reception on 0141 945 3003 and we will assist you according to our policies and procedures. There are a few things to note:

The Association can incur no expense

A house inspection will be carried out at both premises

Any repairs, which are reported, or changes to the fixtures and fittings will have to be completed by the tenants prior to any move
If there is a second landlord involved in the mutual exchange e.g. another Housing Association, then they will have their own policy & procedures, which must be met before permission is granted.
The association will only permit a mutual exchange if it is completely satisfied that any such move would not contravene the association’s policy.
