Mutual Exchange
Mutual Exchange
Tenants of Queens Cross Housing Association can exchange their property with another Queens Cross tenant or with a tenant of another Housing Association or Local Authority.
We have an information leaflet giving advice on our mutual exchange policy and guidance on applying for an exchange, and we recommend that you read this leaflet before applying for an exchange.
Please click here Mutual Exchange Leaflet to download a copy of the leaflet.
Mutual Exchange Register
The association also maintains a register of tenants interested in a mutual exchange, which can be viewed by visiting our offices at 45 Firhill Road, or the Courtyard, 2 Westercommon Drive.
You can also view a list of current exchange requests online here Click here to view Mutual Exchange List 2nd Feb.
To add your mutual exchange request to our register, please click here Registration Form to download and print the registration form and return it to our office.
To protect your privacy, we do not publish tenant’s personal details or contact information on the register and if you wish to obtain more details about a particular listing, you should take a note of the reference number and contact a member of the Housing Services Team.
Applying For a Mutual Exchange
When you have found another tenant you wish to exchange with, both tenants to the exchange should complete a Mutual Exchange Application Form and send both forms together to our office. Please click here Mutual Exchange Application Form to download and print off a copy of the form.
Copies of the Mutual Exchange Leaflet, Exchange Registration form and Mutual Exchange application forms can also be obtained from our offices at 45 Firhill Road and the Courtyard, 2 Westercommon Drive.
