At the Heart of Your Community - Queens Cross Business Plan 2011-14

Queens Cross Housing Association has set out its aim to be a leader in providing excellent housing and community services in the next three years in its three year Business Plan for 2011-14.

In August all Association households are being sent a summary of the Plan which outlines the organisation’s new vision, values and strategic objectives. Being innovative and seeking out new opportunities is one way in which the Association aims to succeed.  That, and working closely with residents and staff.

Chief Executive, Shona Stephen, said: “Over the next three years we will be striving to provide an excellent service to residents with every contact they have with us.  Both residents and staff need to work together to make sure that what we do is of the highest standard and in line with the best practices possible.  Being ready for opportunities and staying open to ideas and innovations is also part of our plan going forward. We have fantastic people here in Queens Cross and I’m looking forward to this challenging but exciting new stage in our history.”
