Queens Cross East Project

The Queens Cross East Housing Support Project was set up to assist long-term hospital patients returning to their homes.  The support offered varies according to the individuals need and is aimed at helping them achieve independence and and a sense of involvement in the community.

Over forty tenants are part of the project, living in their own homes with support from a designated Key Worker - there are five staff who operate the 'Keyworking' system.

Each individual is encouraged to become involved in a range of extra curricular activities - more details can be found on our Queens Cross East Project page.
