Please note that between the hours of 6pm and 8am the number should only be used for emergency repairs.
We will need the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Contact telephone number
- Preferred access times
- Nature of the repair
- Full details of repair required
- Specify whether you are a tenant or owner
- Let us know if you are in sheltered or supported accommodation
