Right To Buy
Right to Buy is the process by which a tenant may purchase their house from the association.
You are able to purchase your house if you are one of the following:
- A secure tenant
- Scottish Secure Tenancy with Modernised Right to Buy i.e. cannot purchase until 2012
- A tenant with preserved Right to Buy through Stock Transfer
You are unable to purchase your property if it is designed as a special let i.e. sheltered, furnished or supported.
