Who Owns Your Property?
Since the transfer of housing stock from Glasgow City Council (GCC) to Glasgow Housing Association (GHA), Queens Cross Housing Association (QXHA) now manage GHA stock in the following areas:
- Hamiltonhill
- South Maryhill
- Dundasvale/Burnbank/Cromwell
QXHA will manage your property, but GHA still own it and you will still be a GHA Tenant.
If you are a housing association tenant in:
- Queens Cross
- Woodside
- Westercommon
QXHA will own and manage your property, and you will be a QXHA Tenant.
